Plan to join us for a great day of learning and discussion at our annual Spring Workshop on Thursday, May 13th. The venue for this year's event is St. Peter's Cathedral Hall, at the intersection of Fitzroy and Rochford Street in Charlottetown. Presenters include: Sandy Hounsell, Senior Analyst, Research, Education and Outreach from the Privacy Commission of Canada; Corporal Troy MacLean, RCMP; Frieda McLaren, PEI Provincial Access & Privacy Coordinator, and; Juliana MacEwen from Precision Document Management.
The next chapter meeting is a combined meeting with our ARMA Region Manager Brenda Collins. Meeting is scheduled for 2pm - 4pm in the 3rd Floor Boardroom of the Sullivan Building.
The February Chapter meeting and the Member Appreciation event (rescheduled from Christmastime) will be held on Thursday, February 4th, from 2pm - 4pm. Venue is The Globe, at 132 Richmond Street (Victoria Row).

The monthly chapter meeting for November will be held on Friday the 13th (oooo) at 11am. Note that this month we are returning to our traditional venue, the Culinary Institute Cafeteria.
The next Chapter meeting is set for October 9th, from 11am - Noon. Note the unusual (for us) venue: Cafeteria Boardroom, in the Basement of the Shaw Building.

The next in our series of twice-yearly workshops is set for October 15, 2009, at the St. Peter's (Anglican) Cathedral Hall, on All Soul's Lane in Charlottetown. The theme of the workshop is: "Disaster Preparedness and Recovery of Your Organization's Records". Your registration fee of $100 ($125 for non-members, $50 for students) includes a full day of workshops, and lunch and refreshment breaks. The July monthly chapter meeting will be held on July 9th, 12- 2:00pm.
Location: Top of the Park (Charlottetown Driving Park & Entertainment Centre).
Agenda will include planning for the fall / September session on Disaster Planning/Recovery for information management. We have two main speakers tentatively booked.
